yeah man I have the 3G iPhone and it's been jailbroken. I guess I just want that theme and that lockinfo screen thingy haha I have a lockinfo screen right now but it's kinda lame and the one you posted here looks way better haha

That theme's called An'n'Me. I don't use it anymore though
The LockInfo theme is LockInfo Matte UI, but I don't use that anymore either. I use LockInfo on its own, and I've themed the images
I suggest the MacThemes forum for everything, it's really helpful

An'n'Me should be in the Cydia "Featured Themes" page, but LI Matte UI used to be on a private source, which isn't up anymore
That's why I say, in the MacThemes forum you'll find all these releases plus discussion
